Where are you based?
Our base is at 1209 Anzac Parade, Matraville NSW 2036. We cover Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, South Sydney and the Botany Bay area.
Do you give quotes before starting work?
Yes. After we've diagnosed the problem we tell you the price for the repair. Nothing goes ahead until you approve it.
Which types of garage door do you work on?
Roller doors, sectional (panel-lift) doors, tilt doors, commercial roller shutters and the motors and remotes that run them.
Which brands do you work on?
Most major brands, including B&D, Merlin, ATA, Gliderol, Steel-Line, Centurion, Dominator, Somfy, Grifco.
My garage door won't close. What should I check?
Check that nothing is blocking the safety beams near the floor and that the lenses are clean, then check the door hasn't come off its tracks. If the door is crooked or you heard a bang, stop and call us.
Should I repair or replace my garage door?
If the door is structurally sound, repair is almost always cheaper. Replacement makes sense when the curtain or panels are badly damaged or rusted, or when parts are no longer available.
Can I replace a garage door spring myself?
We strongly advise against it. Garage door springs hold enough energy to cause serious injury. This is a job for a trained technician with the right tools.
Do you service strata buildings?
Yes. We service and repair car park doors for strata buildings and work with strata and building managers.
